Rob Nathan

Education: Business law. Graduated in 1975.

Work experience: Working as a tax lawyer for Price Waterhouse, now PricewaterhouseCoopers since that year. My focus has always been the international tax practice.

My interest for Sweden arose in the mid 1980 when I found that the Netherlands offered interesting tax planning opportunities for Swedish companies. I have since then been advising larger and smaller companies (including MNC’s) on inbound as well as outbound investments.

Although other countries nowadays also offer attractive regimes, the Netherlands must continue to be on the shortlist of all Swedish businesses wishing to expand under an attractive tax regime.

Within the framework of TK Nordic I plan to continue my work as a tax advisor for those Dutch businesses wishing to invest in Sweden and vice versa. I will make use of the network that I have built up for this purpose or if preferred of the contacts that the investor himself has.
